This is a very useful cookbook for the beginner's.This book is filled with nutritious and delicious recipes.Here you will find many recipes that are big on flavor,imaginative in their variety,and easy to make,featuring lots of fresh,natural and nutritious ingredients.I hope this book is able to help you very much.
I liked the selection of recipes sous vide. Thanks to this type of cooking, the dishes retain useful and nutritious substances. Especially piquant to taste were recipes from meat and fish.
I purchased the paper version of this book, which does not seem to have some of the recipes mentioned by other reviewers. In addition, all of the photos are in black and white other than the cover photo. There are numerous errors (including a "9lb 1 beef tenderloin, no bones, cut into two steaks" - better be pretty hungry to eat that 4.5 lb. steak). The main problem, however, is that the recipes just aren't that interesting/appealing. A quick Google search for "sous vide fish" or "sous vide duck" will bring up far more interesting recipes in seconds.
This is a must have sous vide cookbook. I have a serious number of cookbooks and a love of cooking and this book has risen to the top of my list. This book also allows me to understand where I have gone wrong in recipes that have previously attempted because the science is explained. The Super Easy Sous Vide is highly recommended.
Beautiful cookbook. Beautiful photos. The recipes are great, and really well explained. We were totally new to sous vide and decided to get some expert advice and suggestions. This book covered both of those items and we have thoroughly enjoyed this style of cooking as a result!
This is a Good Beginner's Sous Vide Book.I have been cooking sous vide for about a year now.One of the other wonderful things about this book is that she takes the time to include recipes from all parts of a meal. All are good, this one is better!
Still not sure I want to buy an immersion circulator, but Adele's recipes are so much like the meals we like that my mouth literally salivate when reading them. I will definitely use for the proportions of ingredients and for now use my cast iron or other methods to cook with.
I love this cookbook. I have been cooking sous vide for about a year now. There are many books with fancy recipes but this one is best for the great instructions and the fairly simple every day recipes.
