Superbly written. Read it all the way through and used the exam suggestions and practice exams to pass the exam on my first attempt on December 15, 2016. Cant beat the price and well worth it.
Good book to help expand on the 60 hour course. I actually bought this for a friend after I already passed the test. Several test questions were explained in this book that the online course never taught. These sample test questions are more in line with the actual test versus other formats of sample questions.
This book didn't help me at all, I had better luck watching the free prepagent videos on youtube.
This book was the reason I passed my exam only after one try. My friend failed the exam 5 times! This book should be read along with the practice exam questions. Prepares you!
Pretty robust and useful. A lot better than the material I got from the real estate course I took.
I took the online ProSchools course and learned absolutely nothing. I bought this book and the practice exams book and studied it for a month, took the actual PSI practice exam ($20) then took my exams. I passed both the state and the national Real Estate exams on the first try. Worked for me! My only suggestion is that they should work on the math computation section for clarity and usefulness.
Best book I bought for my real estate exam. I am a Realtor now.
